UPDATE PROGRESS REPORT ON ALMANZORA COUNTRY CLUB
The situation as it stands now has changes slightly since the last report was made by Huma Mediterraneo S.L.
The main advance involves the Plan General de Ordenacion Urbana, which is the document that legally defines boundaries inside a certain urbanisable area in this case Cuevas de Almanzora.
The next step of approval for this Plan General has now been taken, this was agreed at the Town Hall general meeting described in the previous letter informing of progress on Almanzora, the period of time set for allegations has now passed with no changes made specifically to the plot on which Almanzora C.C is being built, however modifications m,ade to neighboring plots have forced Almanzora C.C. to change.
The general layout is the same and building spec including extras and on site facilities also remain intact, the main change has been a reduction of the number of units that will be allowed on the site.
As these neighboring plots that are being modified are part of the whole Plan General de O.U, we have to wait until all is defined and agreed with these plots until the whole Plan General de O.U. can be formalized, and ultimately the plot that Almanzora C.C. is being built on can proceed with the building works.
Once the Plan General de O.U. is finalized this means that building work can restart on the plot, the time frame given for this to happen is Dec. 2006.
The option that Huma Mediterraneo S.L are also offering to their clients that do not wish to wait any longer is a full refund of all amounts paid up to date.
