Hi all
I have just found this website and have been reading your less than positive comments about P60.

Let me tell you about my experience which is probably unique.  I own an apartment in another development also marketed by Allied Developments, we too ended up with P60.

From the outset P60 were utterly useless, always blaming others and basically getting no where fast.  After a year the community was so fed with them that we sacked them.  This turned out to be a brilliant move as the new Administrator was superb, immediately things started to get done and now 3 years on the complex looks great. This was in 2004 and yes the same people are at P60 now as was then.  The old chestnut about people not paying up their community fees was used then as it is being now, but it is P60's job to collect and if they dont no one else will.  This will turn into an ever decreasing circle if not dealt with.  Overall PP is in a better state than my other aprment was in the beginning but it is statring to go downhill.

An interesting post which basically confirms what a lot of us owners are thinking. I take it that you have an apartment on PP too?

Do you live in Spain or like us don't and have huge trouble in getting our voices and opinions heard in the community?

I sent P60 2 e-mails over 2 weeks ago both on seperate matters but one of them at my annoyance/objection at having to pay extra community charge in July to repair gates that I believe have already paid for within my purchase price of the apartment (the complex/apartment was marketed as being on a secure gated complex amongst other claims!!).......I am still waiting for a reply and have resent these e-mails 3 days ago to remind them....still no reply.

Most owners living permanantly on the complex are unlikely to know about this web site and are possibly not aware of the growing 'ill feeling' amongst owners about P60 and their ability to do the job they should be doing and it would be very nice if someone out in Spain could make the Presidents of PP aware of the growing discontentment for P60.

Anyone watching this thread have any idea on how to move forward, especially now we have someone who has experienced P60 in another community and can feel the benefit of having new administrators?

Sharon
