Going Out in October

Anyone got any questions they need asking? we'll be out there first week in October.

Only thing I need to know, they are saying phase 2 completion May 09 are they on target

...and what news on building licences for those apartments and villas on phase 2 that have not yet got them?  
And if possible any projected dates for completion of the clubhouse, the hotel and all that entails.....  
and finally, why have they taken the list of properties off the website?

Hi all, 
A quick update, the golf course and club house are both due to open at the same time which is projected for the end of next year.
Some of the villas are well underway I have posted some new photos.
Phase 2 is still on track with phase 1 for May but due to the fact that only a certain amount can be signed for at a time phase 1 will be handed over first. This is due to the Notarys Office only allowing a certain amount to be released at once.
The trees are due to be planted on the course this month.
While I was there I saw a ballon over the site, Pablo told me this was taking ariel photos in order to update the web site.

I personally think that if Corvera is as good as Roda then Calidona will make a significant impact on the region in terms of more exclusive accommodation.
