anyone any thoughts on what we should be doing!!

OK typed Comunity  not Community  that leaves me out as a secretary .

I intend to be a resident as soon as possible , who else ? I have a few names on my list already , anyone who is retired that has organisational skills we could use?

Any idea when the first official meeting will be held?

If I recall correctly in the contract it states that PW will call the first meeting, it doesn’t say how big the community will be?

Community of Condado De Alhama ?

Or different communities of:

Jardins De Alhame - Los Naranjos De Alhame - El Mirador de Alhama -  La Isla del Condado and so on.

Again if I recall correctly, to be a community representative you don’t have to be a permanent resident in the community. I certainly have an interest in representing my community which ever it is. I spent many years as a Trustee and Treasurer for a UK Registered Charity and in that time developed a number of shills which I believe would be useful. Hiding my light under a bushel and saying nothing wasn’t part of them.

Hi Everyone,

If what Phil says is correct that you don't need to be a permenent resident to be a  representative of the community,  I to would like to be involved. I have had 14 years of PTA meetings/minute taking/public speaking and fund raising  events behind me and have also been on a residents committee as well but that was years ago. I'm not that old so is wasn't that long ago. And no I am not doing a W.I calender to raise any funds, speak to Carol she might be game.

Hi all

Although I have a good Admin background and Good organisational skills, I really don't  think I will have time to run anything else, I am already very busy with organising the Keyholding side of things.  I will be more than willing to help the people that do get elected with anything I can, but to actually commit to a certain postition I cant do at the moment.  Good luck to those that do get involved and I will help all I can.

Just looked at our completion documents and our community is Jardines de Alhama.

Looks like Naranjos will have there own community.
