hi everybody,
first congrats to everybody who completed. we will complete next week and we are so excitet.
we will be over in our new 2nd home from the 3th till 16th of september. is there anybody around. we would like to meet and have some chats with neighbours.....

For sure, my head is all over at the mo, trying to sort out so much, but too excited to stop....Finished work today so a bit sad at leaving all my mates but no doubt they will start trundling across for their freebie holiday at some point. At least now I have all my days free to get it finished.

we are in number 920. oh it is so exciting.
snagging wasn't to bad but we still wait for the habitual licence to come. so solicitor can sign for us. cant wait to go over the rain here in co.kerry makes me sick.

hi margaret,
in september me, my fiance and his dad are going over to make apartment ready. we are staying for 2 weeks. need as much sun as i get.
me, one of my bridesmaid and her 2 teenagers will be over again in October for one week. i think it will be from the 23.-30 of October. will you be there in the October break?

Yes I will be over there from the 25th Oct -30th then up to Playa flamenca for 3 days as we have to go to solicitors to do the wills etc. Hope to see you then, enjoy your 2 weeks in the sun.

We are also on Jardin 8, but we are going out on the 19th Sept so will just miss you but I am sure there will be plenty more opportunities in the coming months.
I know I may have missed an earlier thread, (& I am a newbie remember) but will the bar be open by the 19th. I saw the photo's that someone posted and it looks cool, (& not too far from our apartment).

Welcome to the Forum, we are also flying out from Manchester to Murcia on 19 September with Monarch, are you on the same flight? We are going out hopefully to complete on Los Naranjos Jardin 8. From the information from others on the forum the bar isn’t open at the moment but is expected to open soon, so with a bit of look it will be open when we are their. We are so looking forward to going back we were last out in May and it was looking fantastic then. When we are out this time we are renting an apartment on Jardin 12 so we will be able to get a feel for the place builders noise and dust permitting.

We are on Jardine 4, and will be there from Mon 8 to Fri 12 Sept ..........furniture shops here we come! Does anyone know if the bar will be open by next week? If so, it'd be great to meet up with fellow Condado's
