I'm afraid many of us on phase 2 are still awaiting building licences - although our solicitor has obtained confirmation from Murcia Town Hall that these have been approved but they are awaiting payment from Corvera so are not likely to be issued until September.

Just got back from Corvera. I don't think that the building licences for phase 3 will have been applied for yet as when I was there I asked Pablo for a copy of the detailed architects plans for our Menta-West penthouse. These are not yet available and they are the plans required to apply for building licences.
