Hi all. I have looked at my photos and to be honest, they're not a lot different to what's up there already. But we are still buzzing and can't wait to get back there. Each day was an improvement on the last, because we gradually learned more about the area. There's much more to it than we thought. We have been asked to sign a standing order form by our solicitor and to pay an initial 300 euros towards management fees. Anyone else had to do this yet? Margo

Fine. Thanks you for that.. Feel better about it now. They are doing a good job of maintaining the gardens, I must say. There are quite a few broken tiles on the communal steps, but I expect they are waiting for the big equipment to leave the site before they replace them. Might put them up on the photo's actually. We weren't too concerned about them at this point, but we would be if they remained long-term! Margo
