phase 4 licensce in the bag

hi i have heard that they just got the licensce for the apartments on phase 4 can anyone confirm this by getting in contact with customer services on monday ?

I asked Pedro (solicitor) to find out about the licence situation and this is a copy of the reply he sent me last Thursday (11th).

"Apparently the Town Hall approved on Monday the last documents which means that the developers are expectiong the Licence in a very short period of time . Once they receive the Licence , they will send a letter to the clients with the annexed documents."

I am therefore expecting a letter 'sometime soon'!

THERE HAS BEEN SO MANY STORIES SPUN (LIES) ABOUT WHAT THE TOWN HALL HAVE OR HAVENT DONE THAT I WONT BELIEVE ANYTHING TILL I GET A COPY TO SEE IT MYSELF,BUT IT DOES SOUND BETTER AND BACKS UP WHAT I HAD HEARD THAT THEY HAD THE LICENSCE AND BUILDERS WERE TO START IN OCTOBER SO HERES HOPING

As promised ,we called into the customer sevices office this morning, the building licence for P4 apartments & also hotel etc was approved last week, they are still awaiting for the final signature from the town hall but they say this is a formality, i suggested that the building on P4 apartments may start in a month or two & she agreed, i asked if that was the case for the hotel & she said they didn't know when the hotel construction would begin, yes we have heard all this before but the ladies body language made me beleive she was telling me the truth.

Time will tell eh ,but i personally think building will start VERY soon on P4 apartments

im in the middle of my completion this week and Florina backed this up. All lic's where approved at last town hall meeting. They are just awaiting paperwork

SO I WAS TOLD!!

Pity someone hasn't told the Sales Office, when I popped in last week they told me 2010 for completion of Phase 4 apartments and had no idea on dates for Phase 5.

Just to clear up the area behind the villas that are currently nearing completion next to Phase 3 is now known as Phase 4 and the arear immediately next to the last villa being built near hole 13 all the way back to Phase 2 is designated Phase 5.

It does depend on where you have bought as I believe at one time this was all going to be Phase 4.

Just back from another great holiday at Roda Golf.  

Made enquiries at the Sales Office.  
Asked about the omission of the Shopping Complex on their scaled model.  The reason given by the sales girl was that the design had been changed.  She did say that planning permission had been granted and building would start soon.   When I asked her about the apartments on Phase 4, she said that they were still waiting on the building license!!   I then asked her about the the De Vere hotel, she could not give me a definitive answer.

I am an owner on phase 1 and to be fair, Roda have always delivered as promised.....  but in their timescale.  I visited the Beach Club and it was fabulous.  Also, I dined at the Casa Club and found the food and service to be excellent.
