Ouch,
that last posting was just a litle too much information and it sounded ........painful.
Darren, I have a villa contract for SADM and I am waiting to find out how the refinancing goes and hopefully get it, especially after all of the tweaks I did to the spec and its a nice big plot.....(sound like a book)

Hi Tonymal thought you would know all about how refinancing was going or didnt Almu say at the meeting you arranged .Perhaps there is nothing to tell .I have heard they still can not get any decent finance .Surprised the great white SARC leader doesn't know more .! JA

You can make as many daft remarks as you like! As for the hole you keep digging feel free to dig away. I have seen the report and I Want My House even more than ever that is probably the only and best way for purchasers to protect their money. Feel free to have a hystrionic rant but you have a BG and I like most do not, so I have no intention of jumping out of the frying pan and into the fire just to make you happy.
I want my house, with the spec I chose, where I chose it to be and in SADM.

Yes it has gone out to the members and also to be posted onto the website. i have asked for it to be loaded up ASAP, I am sorry for the slight delay but it was my birthday yesterday and I was out last night and a bit worse for ware to day. I hope that is of help to all.
