David and Christine, glad to hear of your good news. The last couple of weeks has seen an end to the misery for quite a few. OK, so you have had to write off the interest and costs, but to to the current exchange rates, it hasn't been too much of a loss to a friend of mine, who is also one of the lucky ones. Just hope there will now not be some silly tax issue.
