JA, Oh you little mischief maker you,
Thank you for asking about Brianmags, and why is he not posting at the moment......Well as he is having an extension put on the back of his house he has been busy getting all of the normal problems sorted out.......
So no he is not ignoring you, he just has to get his house into a livable state, I am sure you know what I mean but please be assured that we do communicate daily.
Brianmags only posts under that name as I Tony Mal, neither of us pretend to be other people.
I beleived that he would be very pleased that you have missed him so I 'phoned him and he was deeply touched by your concern
lol

Tony.
There are certain elements of some of the posts you have made today that sound almost credible but a big stumbling block i have with you is your total lack of critisism for SJ or whatever you want to call them and you mention again today that the banks are at fault for the mess we are in. Do you really honestly believe that and feel that no one else is to blame ?
Looking forward to your reply.
Ken.

Hello to all my fans and groupies eg JA, ALAMRED
I am so touched by the thought that you have missed me but I did say some time ago that I was busy at home and work. I only use one name and it is that if myself and my better half cojoined so to say, it is also the name I would use on other forums such as Anna's. MALC I am sorry they thought you might be me. I appologies for their lack of faith in my honesty as to my identitiy to think that they believe that I would stoop so low, shame on you two I had a higher regard for you than that! never mind I forgive you.

Hi all
I have been really busy, trying to catch up on comments, hope your all playing nicely.
My lawyer says there has been a surprising development at SJ, they have accepted the contract terminations in the courts, the BG's are to be paid out.
The contracts, like mine, are yet to be agreed as out of date...broken contract...but it is impossible to argue otherwise, so its likely they will be classed as such.
Thats all folks........more to follow later this week

Kayem,
I am very unamused about the situation you, I and every one else is in. I can assure you that when I recieved the news in May that I initially went through the ceiling. However, I and others thought about how can we get out of this mess and try to save our money and that has been our focus. It is not that I am defending SJ or HdT, I am defending our money and our future. Now I know things are not perfect and I wish they had been done differntly but it was made worse by the bank pulling the line of credit from SADM just as the final licence was being made available. So I may be irritated by HdT/SJ but I am really hacked off with the banks!
I am also angry with myself for not getting a BG and for my solicitor for failing to get me one and protecting my interests. So yup there is some blame to go around but I beleive the ball falls at the feet of the bank for leaving all of us in the lurch and I tend to think that now is not the time for the blame game but a time to find a positive way out of this mess.
Supporting the building of SADM is supporting ourselves, not the company, not the banks, not the solicitors but us the purchasers.
All the best
Tony

Tony I agree with Ken's post you would go way up in the credibility stakes if you at least acknowledged that SJ have behaved badly and treated their customers disgracefully even if you can't bring yourself to say illegally or criminally give us something even just a tiny slap on the wrist.
I think this is the main reason people loose the plot with you.It is hard for a lot of us to believe you still trust them .If you have a reason to trust them let us know what that is perhaps it is just because you feel you have no choice, but to suggest it was solely the banks pulling a line of credit is just not fact. Are you scared to criticise them in case they wont sell you your house ,I don't think you need to worry ,sorry I would love to get it but I just cant. Please enlighten.JA

Hi JA,
I have answered that lower down but the key point is: When you are in a crisis do not run around dishing out blame, you get no where fast and things will probably get worse. Stop ,think and calmly focus, think of what to do to get over the crisis, then how you are going to do it and then implement it . It is only when you have got out of the crisis that you can look back in liesure, seek to find where the fault lies and ensure that it does not happen again. Doing so whilst you are in the crisis is a waste of energy, focus and time.
i hope that explains my approach to you. It tends to save lives in medical emergencies quite nicely
All the best

Yes Tony I have read it now did you say you were hacked of at not having a BG after all the grief you gave me earlier on today thought you said you wouldn't use one if you had one .Now you will see things are not as simple as that in order to execute the BG you have to have the contract reversed cancelled and perhaps still have to take the bank to court therefor your suggestion of sitting back with the comfort of a BG and waiting to see what happens is not really a possible option .It would seem there are no easy options in this nightmare lets just hope it ends soon . JA
Tony I take the same approach at work but my patients are not trying to do me harm while I save their lives ! This message was last edited by julie anne on 10/14/2008.

Hi JA,
It would of been easier if instead of trying to do things secretly it had been done openly and together. We were asking about BGs to try to help, I think people fail to realise that SARC has been trying to help those who want their money back to be able to do so by getting SADM underway. That way those of us who want our houses buy them and money goes to those who want their money back and i do appreciate that there are legal niceties to activate BGs but feel that those without them needed to be aware of their own delicate position. If I had of got a BG I would still want my house but I would feel more comfortable.
All the best
Tony
