It would appear that, from news I have received about the ongoing negotiations with all concerned that those with a BG, will be able to get their money back, by having their contracts reversed, and the banks to pay out.

Those without a BG however, have a couple of options.

They can either wait.......or sue SJ/HdT on a separate court case, asking for the contract to be reversed.

We have been advised that this is not recommended because it really has no advantage on our position as a creditor and will mean extra fees and costs to pay. Only if the court ever decided to proceed with the construction, and we were not interested at all in having our house built, then it would be wise to consider having our contract reversed and getting our money back.In any case, we don’t see any chances at all on the site continuing (at least before formal bankruptcy is declared) so the effect will be the same as soon as the Judge decides the creditors have to be paid back and all contracts must be reversed.

The majority of contracts will be out of date, mine is two years and more out of date.

There wold be no merit in paying extra for what the judge will recognise as the 'bleedin obvious' so most contracts will be reversed without an argument, me thinks.  The overall closure will be in how much money is left and who gets it first, or how its shared.  If SARC tells you this takes years and years and ends up in nothing to come....tell them they have no idea what they are talking about......i do

The claim by Tony as spokesman for SARC that they had everyones interests at heart by asking about BG's is rubbish.  The lawyers were pressing all the time about BG's and SARC had no influence on the process, other than to be a nuisance to the flow of information and factuality.

I think SARC got confused with the Bee Gees and were singing to Almudena......

Now then I said that we wished to help but had no one with a BG onboard. It is a ashame that you appear to be exhibiting a rather daft side but then you have got the heevy bee geees.  OOhh I have  been sent and seen your solicitors advice and it seems very similar to our reports,......

As I thought Tony. I have a lawyers report every so often, updates also, they reply when i ask them questions also.

They are nothing like your reports, couldnt be more different.  The lawyer gives you representation and facts, advises you and then takes your instructions for going further.

how is that anything like your reports?

Why are you continually trying to take some credit for being some kind of spearhead in this saga, or representing an organisation that is influential....................your not.

One major difference with me and you is...if you ask me for my lawyers information to me, i will give you it.  You and your organisation on the other hand will hide information and leak bits and pieces to make your organisation better presentable.

I know a lot of devious people in the world but not many can hide the truth or their past  or their true intentions from the press. The hounds are on the trail . SARC  leaders , just like SJ  your past is about to catch up with you about time .

Tony we both know the truth . Why dont you just admit your true connection to SJ. I really don't know what your job in the NHS has to do with any of this have they in some way endorsed SARC or you mentioning them all the time in connection to any of this,  if not perhaps you should keep your proffesional life out of this it is really  not very professional to involve NHS  or DH in any of this.

You are definately a very strange and nasty person .As for the SARC website and database it is being done by our NHS professional body all on a voluntary basis to help with this mess. That doesn't mean you should be mentioning your connection to NHS and DH on here or in connection to SARC or any of this how many others on here refer costantly to their employer or profession it is wrong to do so especially when the employer is a public body .Who would  not want  any connection to this site or any campaign they have not indorsed ,should have no connection to and indeed have not approved .Very unprofessional conduct .
