I had some very serious news from my lawyer today.
Tony now that you can no longer deceive me with your false identities, there is no danger of me being duped again.
I will never again be tricked into telling you what my lawyer said in case you run of to Almu again and squeal like a donkey in order to protect your interest in the house you are getting for " free "
I thought you and Brian were Christians ,Obviously not .
I guess that Christianity goes out the window where money is concerned.

Hi All,
I've seen a lot of postings on this site saying SJ have accepted the contract termination in the court and BG's are to be paid. Is this a roumor.
I e-mailed my solicitor 2 days ago asking if this was true but as yet have not had a reply.
Has anyone heard any good news from their solicitor?

It is true that san jose are prepare to enforce a resolution of contract for those with BGS. This is only on the written confirmation that no interest will be claimed.
be careful what you sign however as I am not clear that the banks have now agreed to pay regardless of this
You do not want a situation where you sign away your rights and then still do not get your money

Thanks for your posting. I am amazed that after paying 1100 Euros for legl representation my solicitor has not e-mailed me with any news even after I e-mailed her.
My wife and I were excited about the Santa Ana development when first introduced to it by Smart Investors. Since paying our deposit we haven't heard a word from them. The way things are going in Spain I would be happy to get my money back without interest.
Off plan developments have to suffer now, i will only buy a finished building if I am assured all paper work is in order. Even then with the land grab etc, i think people have lost all confidence and will look elsewere.

What planet is that psychotic JA living on? I only post as myself unlike her with the multiple identities. She and her alias's get more hystronic and demented and the claims more and more bizarre. So for once and for all time do us all a favour and actualy post something that does not make us all cringe. It is obvious that you are against SADM and any one who wants it to go ahead, we know that but do we need to partake of your abberant behaviour?
I had news from my lawyer and he confirmed that the inforamtionin the report written by Linda and the 14 Oct update are correct and are in line with what the administrators told him.

hope so you also have Maria a as your solicitor, smart investore were your introduction as well, e-mailed her 3 days ago no replty yet. Problely spendng my 1100Euros on holiday again.
Amazing last time I e- mailed her a and phoned and faxed it took a week for a reply she was on holiday

An email a day for a few days seemed to prompt a response, if someone does that to me at work I fire off a reply too for an easier life. Should also get a Ward & Co update soon.
