Block 11 Penthouse flooding issue

Hi guys

We have found out that there has been an issue with block 11 of the penthouses. There has been a flood in the apartments which has affected properties on the first and ground floors.  We have been into a 3rd floor propery and found no issues and are going into a first floor property today to check on any damage.

If I get any further updates I will let you know.

We have asked Polaris but they were not able to tell us exactly. The snagging person we spoke to could only tell us that it was something that has only affected the 1st and ground floor properties. If we manage to get anymore info I will let you all know.

I had already mentioned this on the Naranjos forum, under just back too.  We saw the damage when we went a walk over the golf course on Sunday. Someone we had met in the bar on Saturday had said he thought it was caused by the properties above.  When we looked, the doors were open at both ends to let air through and they had humidifiers in there.  There was a tide mark about 2 to 3 feet up the wall and a lot of debris around.  There were a lot of drain covers off outside the apartments, so the flooding could have been caused by the drains. As I said on the other post, they were working hard putting things right, so it hopefully won't be a problem for long. In fact I bet people won't even be aware of it happening if they don't go on here

Hi guys

We have now found out that this issue was caused by a blocked drain and only affected the plots on one side of the block with plot numbers ending in 1-3.

Polaris have moved quickly to rectify this issue so hopefully there are no long term problems.
