Any info welcome

Hi

My sister who is married to a Swiss and lives in Switzerland has recently bought on the Condado and completes very soon. 

As I live nearby I will be keyholding and looking after the place for her.  But because I live here in Spain she is always asking me information about what is happening, etc. (she is not into computors).  I would therefore very much appreciate any info from people who have already moved in. 

You may have to be a bit more specific to get answers. Do you mean what is happening in terms of building work or social occasions?

Welcome to the forum.  There is a wealth of info below if you scroll down and click on open all threads.  As Ooch says, anything specific just ask,  there is always someone who knows, or knows a man that does.  What part of Condado has your sister bought on?  and are you local to it?

Hi All,

I think she is more interested in the social side of things.  I often pop over to see how the buildings are coming along, but as I am not resident there have no idea about what entertainment facilities are complete. Also is there a bus service yet? are shops open? Cant remember the name of her part but she is overlooking the tennis courts.  She has one of the apartments with the solar panels and is now worrying she might not have enough room for entertaining as the Swiss are very big on get togethers!

I will probably have more specific questions once she nears completion as she tends to panic quite a bit, she has lived in Switzerland over 30 years and has adopted the Swiss way of needing things to be just so!

I live in the campo, just outside a little Spanish village, about 15 mins away
