Maybe you should practice what you preach. You post on this and other forums with equal innaccuracy and contradiction, stirring up worry and concern amongst those who are happy to have completed as well as those in the midst of expensive and debilitating lawsuits. It is impossible that everyone will get what they wish for in court.

Each purchase/litigation case is unique to the urbanisation, the owner situation, the lawyers, the courts and the developer situation and therefore, advice on any forum ought to be largely ignored.

Many people (although the number of readers and contributors seems to be dwindling, thankfully) know your true identity and urbanisation. Hopefully, your efforts to upset so many people will not have any intrusive effect on the peaceful life that we all crave; including your own.

Please spare a reply. The childish rants and smilies are most tiresome and I will not be logging in to witness them anymore.

HI BATMAN  .WELL I HAVE COMPLETED ON 1 PROPERTY AND HAVE A DEBILITATING LAWSUIT ON ANOTHER .100% RIGHT THAT EVERYONE WONT GET WHAT THEY HOPE FOR IN COURT> ME INCLUDED EVEN THOUGH I HAVE A STRONG CASE.I AM ON BOTH SIDE OF THE FENCE AND CAN AND PERHAPS AT TIME POSTINGS CAN REFLECT THIS.

I am not a regular poster for the very reason that one comment has precipitated all this badinage.

In good faith -I intended to inform other  posters by PM of recent news in the general area-

     Yes, these are the same solicitors we have had since the beginning, and it was they who did not obtain the bank guarantee. Does anyone know if it is possible to sue the solicitor for failing to obtain the Guarantee.

Thank you for your comments, however you have no idea how much money, time, phone calls, e mails and personal visits to the solicitors I have made. If you have any constructive help to offer, I am all ears.

The latest is that the developers assets are all mortgaged and he has no money.

Tell me these are not these solicitors now ? If they are then I strongly recommend that you take Mr Cs advice and light the fuse.

Most solicitors wont go against solicitors as they are in the same cess pit.

A good one will . This is vital that you get one that doesnt give a damn who they upset including developers.

Think this may be very tough but thats only my opinion but if it were me I would never let those bast-rds get away with it. ( but thats me and not my advice)

Firstly do they have your contract .If so you have to get it . Thats the problem I had ( ref previous post) I am available for hire

All of us can only give you advice based on experiences.

To be honest with you if I were going to go down the route of getting this lot I would look for solicitors who want either a big notch on their gun or just plain hates the name this lot give to solicitors in general.

My solicitor is great but this is to big for her and to be honest I would go for the very firm that obtained this judgement,

Now Yer Money

While as you can see the judgement itself is useless if there is no money.

1 Now I would want to know where MY money went.

2 I would want to know if there is no money why can they still be in business  ( something is paying the management fees on 150 apartments and the interest charges)

3  Now where there may be no money what about assets (Your solicitors. If they are that lot will say they have none)

4 Now someone has in stolen your money and have broken the law. You Have Jugement so light that bloody  fuse and take the fight to them.

Mr Cs. Posting while blunt takes no account that this one is well clued up person ,a real salt   (Will tell you their not but trust me )

I do have contacts and of course am on Green Hills so would help in anyway I can,

Suzanne on the S.P.I  is also well informed and you can trust these two without question as their motives arent personal and they just l like to help also.
