Tell me these are not these solicitors now ? If they are then I strongly recommend that you take Mr Cs advice and light the fuse.

Most solicitors wont go against solicitors as they are in the same cess pit.
A good one will . This is vital that you get one that doesnt give a damn who they upset including developers.
Think this may be very tough but thats only my opinion but if it were me I would never let those bast-rds get away with it. ( but thats me and not my advice)
Firstly do they have your contract .If so you have to get it . Thats the problem I had ( ref previous post) I am available for hire
All of us can only give you advice based on experiences.
To be honest with you if I were going to go down the route of getting this lot I would look for solicitors who want either a big notch on their gun or just plain hates the name this lot give to solicitors in general.
My solicitor is great but this is to big for her and to be honest I would go for the very firm that obtained this judgement,
Now Yer Money
While as you can see the judgement itself is useless if there is no money.
1 Now I would want to know where MY money went.
2 I would want to know if there is no money why can they still be in business ( something is paying the management fees on 150 apartments and the interest charges)
3 Now where there may be no money what about assets (Your solicitors. If they are that lot will say they have none)
4 Now someone has in stolen your money and have broken the law. You Have Jugement so light that bloody fuse and take the fight to them.
Mr Cs. Posting while blunt takes no account that this one is well clued up person ,a real salt (Will tell you their not but trust me )
I do have contacts and of course am on Green Hills so would help in anyway I can,
Suzanne on the S.P.I is also well informed and you can trust these two without question as their motives arent personal and they just l like to help also.
