update on Finca parc

So let me get this right. I am using Fusters who did not get my bank guarantee. but they have said for another 2000 euros they will take up the case to get my deposit back for me.

Are really shafting me as well as the developer??

Please can some one send me details of a lawyer that can help me sort this mess out once and for all??

First of all you cannot get blood out of a stone so anybody considering action should check the financial status on CG before throwing more money at this

Second it should cost closer to €6k-€8k to take the developer to Court to recover money

Next you need to ask Fusters how they inted to recived the money, the exact breakdown of cists and timetable and if they have suceeded with anybody else on the development

Ad I explianed previously the process for getting your money back if you have either a current or expired BG is very straightforward and most lawyers can do this very easily and you can even go the bank and do your own claim

With no BG the only way is with a Court action which is much more complex and costly
