Easter Week

Hi All,

Long time no speak.  Just thought I'd start a new thread about the Easter hols and also to find out how many teenagers are going to be present as my 14 year old daughter and her friend are coming out with us this time and they are worried that there will be no like minded peeps to grunt with.  We will be out the 6th -13th April.  Hope to see you all then

We are going to Spain from 3rd to 12th April, with our 15 year old daughter.  Great to hear that there will be other teenagers around as Amy is used to having Ashleigh (Carol's daughter) to hang around with.  Sounds as though there will be lots of people out there during the two week Easter hols.  Really looking forward to meeting everyone and seeing the resort again.

We are out with our 2 boys aged 12 and 17 from 9th - 18th April. 

We just got back last night but can't wait to go out again as things are looking good.

We willbebringing our almost 11 yr old ( going on 22) goddaughter with us, so hopefully there will be other youngsters around too

We're over from 10th to 17th April (Jardin 1).   Not staying on Condado to sleep though we will be spending most days and evenings there.  My 14 year old daughter will be bored though because we'll be shopping for furniture and she'll be left at the apartment with her 19year old sister who is taking her boyfriend and so won't be bothered with her little sister!

She'll love to meet up with others - PM me and I can send her email/messenger so they can make initial contact!! (sound like aliens!)

We need to meet up with other adults too so we can get sympathy after all the shopping!

Hi all in this thread, you might all want to know that there is a place called 'alley palley' on the camposol urbanisation, just behind the supermarket consume, about 7 minutes car drive from polaris world site towards mazarron.  Its open from about 10 am to midnight and your youngsters are perfectly safe they should be accompanied at night if they are under 14ish they have pool tables, games machines, internet, fast food type cafe, bowling alley, music and sports on big screen tv's generally frequented by youngsters and their families, they have a bit of a disco on friday nights. 

Hope this is useful for you any other info on the area needed give me a personal email and I will supply, have been in the area for past 3 years.

From the way that this thread is going I think that I will stay away from Condado over Easter with all these YOUNG  people around  ( makes me feel older than I think I am !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! )

Unfortunately we are not out at easter, but is nice to hear that there are lots of "kevin the teenagers" to keep my 12 year old happy lol, hopefully there will be lots there in the 6 weeks hols when she will be there.

Just had a three sentence conversation with my daughter and she suggested that we all go to the surgery with our kids on the Monday night so they can all met up with each other, which I thought was really quite a good idea(shes now gone to lie down as brain power takes too much out of her).  If this is Ok could we all say I?

Just been speaking to Ali, and I have realised that she has had another one of her blonde moments

We will be around from the 6th -13th April but as I have just reminded her that our plane doesn't land at Murcia until 9pm it is highly unlikely, even at the speeds I drive at (allegedly) we will get chance to be in the surgery on Monday evening.

So as good as the plan was to arrange a night for us all to meet, Monday was probably not the best night to arrange it for!!

I'm sure we'll catch up with most of you at some point during the week, and at least it's another excuse to go out for a few drinks again.

We're out with my 8 year old neice from Wed 8th for a week.  Unlikely I'll get out to the pub but will catch round the pool with those in Naranjos J4.  Sounds like a lot of us will be around.

Hi Ali / Simon,

You have no chance of any Ale on the 6th.  Herbert & crew start ringing the bell from about 9.30!!  Last week-end we were being chased away from 10.40!.   Made a big protest & managed to keep it going for another half an hour, but it is getting ridiculous in their.  The Foro bars better be open longer than the Surgery.   As everybody know's Spain only comes to life from about 11.00pm!  

This issue is even more important than the cost of cleaning the Penthouse steps!!  

Out from the 9th~13th so hope to meet up with you all over this period.  Nightcaps at ours after we get booted out of the dentist chair!
