Community Fees go up again for some...

Hi Guys went to the office today to see the committee leader to give bank details etc, and was suprised to know our community fees are now set at 140.84, apparently 130 was not enough... Well glad to see they did a good job on the garden this morning.

Not everyones fees will be that high, I saw some at just 116.00 for the exact same apartment.

Oh well I guess it will sort out in the long run, in the meantime, looking for work.

We are signing for apartment beside you next week n237 and will obviously be paying the same community fees as yourself, I have to say the amount of the fee has come as a bit of a shock, we were told that they would be about €70 p/m so this is now double what we were told, whis works out at nearly €1,700 a year........... very excessive.

Can someone confirm what the monthly community fees are. We thought they would only be around €400 per year!!

do you know what our charges are? These prices are not on, we'll have to get this amount reduced.

I'm in the same garden as Terry & Jill and we have a 3 bed ground floor also confirmed at 140EUR a month, can't confirm but I imagine a 2 bed will be 120 EUR, yes I know.......crazy !!!

We've got a 2 bed 1st floor and were told that we'd be charged 115.84EUR per month for the Jan-Mar period when we called in the office thingy last week. The guy there, Alex, said that the costs for Apr-June were to be discussed cos people were not happy with the budget.
