I met Sergio last night and he is delivering the letter in person this morning with over 1000 Names / NIES attached, not bad for such a short timescale, considering there are opnly 3000 owners?
Think we all owe him a beer or a bottle for his efforts

Thats really good news- well done to Sergio. Lets hope his hard work bears some results.
Good going to raise 1000 names. If the other group have been able to contribute as well that could mean a really good percentage of owners names going forward. As some apartments are still owned by PW it would mean that quite a high ratio of the 3,000 owners have been contacted.
As a matter of interest have these fees been worked out with the Villa Jana contributions taken into account or without (as they are beginning to complete). If Villa Jana's aren't taken into account how do they and later Los Isla contributions make their way into the system. Is it just evaluated annually and then these more recent completers have to make back payments based on the figures we have all been given?

I think there is so few of Jana's that it would make little difference anyway Our best bet is to get Alhama to addopt the perimeter road, this will save us a packet.

Yes, that will be a terrific result. We have a friend contemplating buying a static caravan in Snowdonia- he's just been told the site/community fees will be £5,000 per year!! Nice site, good club house but fee's wont be improved when they bring on line a new area of the site and it doesnt compare with whats on CdA.
