The latest is the La Zenia 18 have been contacted by SJ in an effort to off load their twice mortgaged properties on to a supposedly stupid set of people, don't they realise we all know what crooks they are,as for blame they should shoulder all the blame,if they had managed the funds appropriately none of us would be in this situation now

So we  have decided to entertain ourselves and are leading them right up the garden path, and they can show us all that is on offer, by the way we have even been offered an azucena at El Pinet will let you know the "discount" when we know it ourselves

As for the letter it was to say as we are out of contract on the apartments they are not paying the utility bills anymore !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am gob smacked at how low this mob can go .Surely they are under no illusion as to what people think of them now or has someone misled them  ie (Tony/SARC) .SJ are treating us all like idiots because of SARC . It will be interesting to know which magic wand they intend to wave to offer you an Azucena at El Pinet and if they can it will be even more interesting to hear their answer when you ask if there are any outstanding mortgages on these  magical / imagined / non existent properties  . Who the hell do they think they are ?

It is probably the same one we looked at last December, it was a bit further on than our azucena but still not finished, we preferred were our's was located so we decided not to change and as it still had to be completed there was not much point really.

Things are moving extremely slowly at Pinet, i would be interested to know what price SJ offer you, we were asked for nearly 200000 euro's after waiting a very long time for Albatera where the same house was costing us 159000, we managed to get the price down to 175000.

The rumours about the mortgages on the properties is alarming so be careful!

We went yesterday to El Pinet  it was M16 No 7 the price quoted was 216600 but we were told we would get 16000 off and the company could do a deal as we were Jumilla clients so it was hoped we would get more off ,yes you could see the sea from the bedroom window and solarium ever Alicante bay,  butwe can also see the sea from the house we have already bought I can see the sea from my patio, & bedroon balcony as for the azucena it was "finished in that all I could see missing was gates&lights switches. I definatley won't be buying it nor will i buy at playa golf even though i intend to look at all on offer.

The best deal I have so far found  has come from Maher Properties who have 18 azucenas and 20 tulipans  at Palya Golf prices start at 120,000 up to 185,000 and the SJ debt may be able to be incorporated in the price all have at least sea views from the solarium if not below that level

Yes it is the same house except when we looked, the bath was sitting in the kitchen so obviously SJ have done some more work on it.

Did you get the chance to ask about the Certificate of first occupation /habitation or the current mortgage status of the Azucena on El Pinet the answers could be interesting if not truthful . Curiosity question was there any work going on at El Pinet as promised . Silly question really  but thought I would ask any way .Cheers MM

The chap who is working there was in the La Zenia Offices his English is not too good so I didn't ask, no there is no work going on but he did say it is going to start but they would only finish the ones already started, and that is a fair few, we did turn up unexpectly they wanted us to make an appointment but as we were in the area we just called. We still have Playa Golf to go and look at will keep you updated on what is on offer there.

Yes far they have obviously done some work maybe it has a big mortgage they are hoping we "fools" will take on, Almunia is back at work I heard from another La Zenia resident the sales staff are in communication with her to do the deals.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I cant help thinking " they will finish the ones already started "  beggars belief !!!!!!   there are houses at El Pinet at all stages some just foundations ,some a few bricks high ,some just concrete ,some with roofs on ,some finished externally but not internally ,is this a deliberate ploy !  Finish what is started ?  What does that mean ? The buildings are at various stages of "started " so which will actually  be finished . My guess is none .There are probably loads the authorities don't even know are started .I only hope in all my life I never again have to rely on such total and utter lies and SJ fabricated  nonsense , So glad " I am now out  of the den  " and I am not even a dragon !!!!!!!!  MM

My advice to everyone is to get out of this mess ASAP before it does your head in and ruins your life !!!!  .

Have you managed to get your Contract(s) swapped out for other properties then?

I looked yesterday at Nova Azahara , but they were a utter rubbish compared to what we were supposed to be buying into a Santa Ana!

I have mortages approved & just need to find a development \ developer to realise some discounts for my SADM \ HDT dpeosit Contracts!
