Good News for Some Not for Others

Glad you find it so, but surprised that you find people's misfortunes a source of entertainment?

I am in the same position as everyone else. I just find your constant bickering very entertaining, then I have a sense of humour!!

Sterling ,So do I that's why I do it .It keeps me from getting bored and scunnered  with this whole situation .I actually quite like everyone  on the forum  and think we have all made some good points in between the bickering ,even Tony although some of what he says infuriates me as deep down I can't see it ever happening .I think he really believes in what he is doing and he is entitled to try in any way he feels to  get the outcome he wants just as we all are . It is obvious in situations like this that people are going to lose the rag with each other and we will probably never agree on everything .

It would be good however if Linda Needham could give anymore information regards the post she made about  the investors visit as this would be good news for all concerned.It is also important because a few are visiting Spain this and next week and could be making big decisions .Would be really good for them to know  more about the reliability of the  investor  story  sooner rather than later Cheers all MM

I am sure that Linda won't mind me replying on her behalf, because I know she lives in the Campo and access to the internet is very hit and miss, so she may not have been able to read your comments and queries!  We have other friends who live outside Jumilla who are always complaining that they keep losing internet access.  I am sure that Linda will reply when she is able to do so.

 sterling has been with us for years and unfortunately in the same position as us. ( though I wish for your sake you were not!!) Like MM hearing the constant nonsense of Tony in some twisted way keeps me from feeling too bad. I suppose it makes me realise that there are lots worse off than me!! And it can be quite entertaining at times!

With regards to Linda's post. I have a friend who lives in Pinoso and is a regular visiter to the SADM site.and is quite well known there and finds out all sort of info. He told me that there were investors visiting. I think it's just 'par for the course' so to speak.

Doubt anything will come of it !!!!

By that response, one can assume that you are one of the people who does have some money tied into SADM, be it 1€ or 100.000€
That is why I can say and not assume that I am in the same position as you.

Woww, a person with good connections and contacts and a friend of yours. Pity their contacts were in a position to advise 18-24 months ago.

Update from Jumilla:

This afternoon we spoke to the niece of a friend regarding SADM.  She works in an estate agent's office, and said she had been in the office at SADM when two lots of investors were there.  She knew exactly who they were, however I don't think it is my place to reveal names on an open forum.  She did say that at this stage she doesn't know whether they will decide to go ahead, however it does confirm that investors have been at the development over the last two weeks.

Hope that reassures some people that good information is available here and that people will continue to post any news that they receive.

So why didn't you use "bloody" common sense and do some "bloody" thing about it then, like many others "bloody" did?

One good point is that you perhaps now realise the difference between an assumption and a statement of fact.

Really great news about the investors and it is now bound to be true, because:

Best not when it only affects some 95% of the contributors and why pass the information on.

What, they didn't decide there and then and tell the agent, which she overheard, who gave the information to the niece of a friend, who gave the information to you. All with 100% accuracy.

Please. Some should step back and look to see how silly it is to others.

I had an uncle, who went to Spain and met a man who had a son who worked in a bank and his friend was married to a girl, and her uncle had once visited a development and there were men there and I think they said they were from SJ........................
