Meeting, Proxy forms...where's my invite

Is it just me or has there been absolutely no official communication of any meeting or voting of community etc

I have read on here that it is taking place (tomorrow!), but will not place any vote or proxy etc until officially told about the meeting

RPM have my details to inform me of my charges, and I get things from Polaris....

We did recieve notification earlier this week via post but I am sure you are not alone.  Does this mean that the vote is illegal? Surely everyone should be given the opportunity to vote.

According to the rules every owner should have received notification at least 6 days prior to any meeting, I got mine in the post last Saturday.    Did you chase RPM up when we started discussing it last week? You could try and contact RPM but I think it's too late now.

But I fully agree, every owner should of been informed correctly and given the oppotunity to vote.

I received notification last Saturday too. Would be interesting to find out how many people didn't though.

hi all  i live in jardines 12 i have not RECEIVED NOTIFICATION  i have read that there is someone standing for are jardine but i no nuthink about him or what he stands for how can i vote for him i am so much in the dark  

You have known he's contact details since the 10th.  did you ask him?

I'm sorry, but the meeting has been a hot topic for coming on two weeks and pretty much the hottest since the official letters went last week.  It's too late now to start asking questions.

But I fully agree, every owner should of been informed correctly.
