is the owner of Penthouse  1127G     or his keyholder in the possibility to come to his appartment

there is a big problem with the automatic water system for his plants ,there are hundreds of liters water coming down to the terras of the appartment under

Turn their mains off in the room adjacent the lift.

People should turn their water off when not living at Condado, Water damage is a pain in the ar'e, I know I have suffered from someone else's problem and I have had  the inconvenience.

yes i did this,even it was not a problem the last 2 days because almost the compleet resort was without water for 1 day and night

I just had a phone call from our renters in Jardine 5. They told me that the water pressure is rather low.

Is this a general problem or should I be worried and get Polaris out?

Well reported a leak at our main stop cock 2 weeks ago and its still not fixed.. not impressed

Hi Daniels,

I would totally agree especially if you are on 1st, 2nd & 3rd floor penthouses. (Just hope hubby has turned ours off)
