Cables/Pipes and Rubble

It was April since I was last over but I was still surprised to see the various Jardin pavements with craters in them and big red and black pipes/hoses protruding onto the pavements.  Several of the craters were pretty dangerous after dark and lots of rubble lying around making the place looked very unfinished and scruffy. Is this still the case?  Also can anyone tell me if PW are still keeping the streetlights turned off in the evenings.  It is so unwelcoming and pointless to have them if they were never going to be on!!  Thanks.

We've just returned and the pipes and cables have gone in the Jardines now that builder's electric and water has gone. We had a fantastic week, the weather was great and the resort is looking really good. Streetlights were on at night so could see where we were going when making our way back from the bar!

Thanks for the info Debbie.  A friend of mine is using my place for a fortnight in the summer and I was hoping the paths etc would be fixed up and lighting on.  Sounds almost perfect now!!!!
