Thanks for the reply, I thought as much.......I checked my Bank account and there hasn't been any deduction.I left my key and POA for this and the water with Polaris so I'm now worried that they have missed me! This may be an issue as I'm out in Oct.4th.
Anybody know how soon they starting biling so that I know if I'm connected,? Polaris are not much help in this area.

Hi,
We're in Block 2. I too started to panic because nothing had been taken out of my account and PW have our key then Iberdrola made a deduction from our account on the 9th. Is there anyone (your keyholder perhaps) who could check you have electricity in your apartment. I'm sure there must be a slight delay in them connecting the electric and taking the money.

We were informed that our meter had been done on the Friday, and the connection fee was out of our bank next day, so they don't mess about once it's done. If they have taken nothing yet, I would say it hasn't been done. If you go to www.condadodealhamaservices.com and go onto the replay of Thursday nights podcast, Jill reads out every apartment on Naranjos and the penthouses that have been connected. So you will know if yours has been done.

Thank you for your help.
I finally found out today after speaking to Iberdrola and Polaris the issue.
As expected Polaris has not yet requested a connection to my block and it may be a few weeks off just yet. I trust the builders supply is still on?
Please be aware of this as there’s some miss information going around that the front line penthouses have all been connected.
One important point in this, Iberdrole uses the block number from your Habitation cert to determine your address. So while I’m in block 14 the actual block number from the certificate is 38. Based on this and after a 15mins on the found with Iberdrola they could tell me who and where was connected.
Also, beware that the key holding has now changed to a private company called “Gesfin” (+34.968.032737). If you left your key with Polaris for connections and do not renew a contract with “Gesfin” they will destroy your key or so Polaris Customerservice told me today.
I was unaware of this.

Hello David,
We just returned from Condado, groundfloor apparment in block 14 and on friday there were no meters placed yet. Last weeks some of the Jardines were connected, but we did not see any activity around the Penthouses.

Hi Folks
Was over last week and was connected, they were working on Naranjos 8, was told builders supply was to be cut off at the end of sept, not sure if this is true,
