Penthouse Block 14

Anybody know if Iberdrola have connected the Frontline Penthouses in Block 14?

From what I have seen on the condado services forum run by Jill & Terry, all of the penthouses have now been connected. say goodbye to free leccie.

Thanks for the reply, I thought as much.......I checked my Bank account and there hasn't been any deduction.I left my key and POA for this and the water with Polaris so I'm now worried that they have missed me! This may be an issue as I'm out in Oct.4th.

Anybody know how soon they starting biling so that I know if I'm connected,? Polaris are not much help in this area.

We're in Block 2. I too started to panic because nothing had been taken out of my account and PW have our key then Iberdrola made a deduction from our account on the 9th. Is there anyone (your keyholder perhaps) who could check you have electricity in your apartment. I'm sure there must be a slight delay in them connecting the electric and taking the money.

 We were informed that our meter had been done on the Friday, and the connection fee was out of our bank next day, so they don't mess about once it's done.  If they have taken nothing yet, I would say it hasn't been done.  If you go to www.condadodealhamaservices.com  and go onto the replay of Thursday nights podcast, Jill reads out every apartment on Naranjos and the penthouses that have been connected.  So you will know if yours has been done.

just home from CDA yesterday . we are in block 15- no meter yet. customer service just said that all apartments should be completed by end of September.

We just returned from Condado, groundfloor apparment in block 14 and on friday there were no meters placed yet. Last weeks some of the Jardines were connected, but we did not see any activity around the Penthouses.

Just heard from friends who are on Condado now that we have the electricity meters installed.

Was over last week and was connected,  they were working on Naranjos 8, was told builders supply was to be cut off at the end of sept, not sure if this is true,

All,

Was onsite last week, no sign of the Meters as yet in Frontline block 14 which is strange.
