I was trying to defend you from those critising for blocking the owners forum.  My remark about "you are not going to win over this" was aimed at pleasing everybody concerned with corbera owners forum and nothing to do with legal action, sorry if you took it that way.  Agreed the forum was initiated by Lisa as I was at that meeting but you have put work in as I understand.

Seriously though as Ash has said.A few people have put a lot of hard work in setting up the Legal Action Group Forum (Corvera Owners Forum) and although it was badly named as Ash admits it is there to serve a purpose. Now that that purpose has been made clear (restricted to LAGs only we should accept and respect that.

Ash I think you will find that the MAJORITY of those wanting to withdraw from their contract i.e.51%+ are investors. I fully understand their reasons (money) for wanting to pull out and my heart really does go out to the lifestylers who cannot or are not able to complete for personal reasons because Corvera will be a fantastic place to live in the future (not too distant we hope).

Big C don't worry Corvera will be a bag of laughs (it's the forums that can be raucous). If you are worrying about the comments going for and back here (some are tongue-in-cheek) then may I suggest you don't put in for a communal committee position when they are eventually set up on the development as they will get far worse.

You obviously have more information than me, regardless of the fact that I have access to the full list of owners taking legal action and the reasons why. I honestly believe that you did not even knew how many were taking legal action until I posted the actual figures. Please don't quote special knowledge - until recently I regularly got emails from parties with a commercial interest asking for information on numbers taking legal action.

But then if I am wrong, maybe I should send further queries your way! You may also be in possession of other interesting information about this development, so I won't bore you with this ;)
