The meters are ALL coming tomorrow and then the electricity will be turned off. You need to make sure your keyholder knows.

THE WHOLE SITE IS DEFINATELY BEING DONE TOMORROW.

This information has been verified tonight by the Administrator and Alfonso in person.

Just received message from Ken advising that there is lots of activity there today, the water and electric will be off all day so that meters can be fitted.  There are a lot of apartments to be completed hopefully they will get them all done today...fingers crossed!  
 
 

i dont even know who has my bloody keys now!! ha.  I am hoping sue has them and i will get notice on here that mine has been done today.   If not then i presume paco has them and i doubt very much he will let me know if mine was done.  If somebody sees him can you ask him for me please??  Block 11 38ba.  Suzanne, he knows me!! ha   i follow him round all the time!   Good luck to all and i hope we dont get there to no electricity next visit.  I am out in a fortnight

Just like to say a big thank you Fossie for post about meters being fitted , managed to contact key holder and inform her of what was happening, so much for the plan of Endesa contacting your Sol or key holder to make access arangements. I suppose I should be use to there way of doing things (or not doing things) after all this time. Just hope all goes well today and no one is left with no electric supply or water,

Once again a big thank you to all those who are out there and keep us folks back here in the cold and wet informed as to what is going on , otherewise we would all be in trouble.

It´s all happening here today.Electricity and water went off at 9.30 and there are lots of Endesa men on site with Paco,Alfonso and Juan Santos going around sorting keys and lists etc.I´m sure it will all be finished today and we will have electricity again tonight when they finish.

oh i bet you are relieved tracey..... hope mine gets done! i havent been informed from anybody that they are even coming yet! ha.  so much for the phone calls to arrange it.  Sue/ken/anybody ha  if you see paco ask him about mine please because i know he wont let me know

My Lawyers have confirmed the electricity meters are being fitted today and my apartment is one that they are working on. Lets hope the switch over smoothly and no delay.

Everything went smoothly today.The whole site has been done.I checked with Paco about yours Suzanne and he confirmed that it´s been done so no worries there.Everyone was off for about 5 hours this morning and 2 hours this afternoon.All ok now so it´s time for G&Ts and a BBQ.

PS We didn´t get the shots last night!!!

What would we all do without you eh.  Thanks guys, as always.  Its nice that we can all help each other where possible and have such a great community going here.

 I'd just like to add my voice to that Suzanne. Thanks to all of you out there who have really come through for us. Most appreciated. We're lucky to have you. Rest assured, I'd do the same for you. 

Our electricity is set up and we have paid the connection fee.  What we are not sure about is how they will take payment for the electric used.  Will a direct debit have been set up or will we get billed?  Can't tell from the contract we have.

Where I live, you get billed monthly, 1 estimated then the next a reading, every month by DD. Ibadora online account you can see your bills, 14days before they go out.

Mine is around 12e when no one is there, but can go up to 50e dependant on time of year of the visit, I do not hire mine out, only me and family.

Water/bins every 3 month on DD.SUMA, it changes and I have not seen a bill yet, after a year I'm still trying to get them delivered.

yes, i was told they will take it monthly from the bank.  They have the details, they took about 190 euros i think for the initial connection.  Will see what they take this month

Yes last January I paid 175e for the connection

Our lawyer set up the direct debit without us knowing.!Checked our account and found that a connection fee of €187,82 has been taken out plus €4 for electricity.(We were only there a week after connection)

its all part of his responcibilities, he should have told you, he will have done it with all services, council & if needed community charge

I have just used mine to sort out this years whelth tax

Is paying the IBI tax and sorting wealth tax part of their service too or will we be charged extra for those do you know?
