New Speed Camera!!!

I am out next week, and having been caught once, was checking the DGT site for speed cameras (they very kindly provide a listing by Region).  A new one has appearred on the MU-602, at about 10km from the start (near the Chicken factory), I think it is heading towards Condado from the A30 road (ie. on the way to the resort from San Javier Airport).

Others I am aware of that impact visitors to Condao.

A7, about 10km short of Alicante airport, heading towards the airport (I am aware of that one to my cost!! ), also on C-3319, heading for San Javier (just passed the Polaris head office), and also one in either direction on the A7, around the IKEA, Stadium area.

Anyone else aware of any Camera's likely to impact residents, or visitors to Condado please post.

Thanks for the info Ted, very useful to know but of course I wouldnt be speeding  I didnt know there was a site that gives you the camera positions...must google it

it is DGT.es - the department of transport official site.

just  choose the Province - eg. Murcia

Of course I would never speed either, the occasion I was caught was obviously a one off (you honour!).

Out of interest and ignorance, what is the speed limit along this road ?

It's a motorway, so I believe 120km/h.  I will find out for sure next week, when I drive (very carefully within the limit!!) to mar Menor for a round of golf.

Alternative is to hire a Berlingo

Last summer I don't think I dared go over 100kmh! and even if I wanted to I don't think it would make it particularly with the Air con on.
