Sorry if this has come up before but it has been quite a while since I was on the site.
I would like some guidance on the following scenario: my son has met someone from the Philipines and is organising a visitors visa. He has asked me whether this UK visitor's visa entitles/enables the visitor to the UK to travel freely to other EU countriies but Spain specifically.
I do not have a clue - does anyone out there know the answer or where to go to get it. I have phoned the Spanish Embassy in London and just go round in a tortuous circle ending with "end of options".
