where can we eat?

we will be visitng Frondoso and wondered where it is good to eat locally, we like to eat Spanish food and whilst we know the area near the coast we do not know this area and recommendations are always good.

the best restaurant in the area is left at the bottom of the hill only 500m on mazzaron road...casa de salvador.

the local dentists told me it's even the best in murcia. i think it's only a set menu 26 euros incl bread and wine and according to others in frondoso who have eaten there, it's advisable to starve yourself for most of the day ! 6/7 courses. all typ. spanish

the cafe directly opposie bottom of hill is nice for bocadillos and the large square in alcantarilla is great for snacks and drinks with fab evening atmosphere.
