I would like to publicly thank Inspectahome (Roy Howitt) for his help and efforts through the snagging and post completion process. He has been a huge help, always providing regular updates, photos and advice. I would highly recommend his services for anyone who is about to complete on their property at Corvera.

I can completely agree that Roy Howitt of Inspectahomes needs a big thank you and pat on the back .

We have been in regular contact with Roy on our Magnolia Villa that will be completing in Jan 2010.

He has been polite prompt and very professional, and removes some of the stress of buying in Spain from here in the UK.

We are by no means a relative or connected to Roy in any shape form or fashion , but felt the need to publicly say that his services come VERY highly recommended.

Thank you for your kind comments and we do try to provide a high level of service and advice even to people not using our service and I understand how stressfull it can be buying a property abroad, been there and done it

We are typically having to make 6-7 visits to properties to ensure that all works are done and I think people perhaps don´t realise how much work happens after the first inspection and you should allow at least 6 weeks after completion before you can use the property

 I am still amazed that some other snagging people only provide 2 visits and then make extra charges for all other visits and don´t even test things like gas and electricity, Johnathon will know what I am refering to in his property

The other thing is that we don´t wait till we are told that the wirk is all done before we re-visit the property

Again no relation, I just found some postings about Inspectahomes on Eye on Spain and contacted Roy from there.

I have been in contact with Roy since around June regarding my Laurel apartment which we completed on in August and which is now pretty much fully functioning.

Roy and Lorraine have helped us with advice about snagging, furnishing - new or used, odd jobs man, decor, rentals, air conditioning to mention only a few areas and even Health spas to try for a treat!

Thoroughly professional and a Mine of information about  Spain, the area of Murcia and dealings with Calidona, offering advice and peace of mind about  the snagging process through to rental.
