2nd Set of Wire In Hall of Menta Apartments

On most Menta properties, in the entrance hallways, there are 3 sets of wiring and have now qualified what they are all for

One is obvously a wall light and the 2nd , normally the right hand wires, is the pre-installation for the AC control panel  

The third set, immediately left of the AC wiring, is pre-installation for an optional controller for the heating as this has no timer and temperature is controlled via thermostatic radiator valves in each room 

I am now checking costs and the features for this controller and if ithey are controlled by a dedicated breaker in the fuse box, as on RODA,  but if you are not having  this controller this these wires should be safely disconnected  and the wall made good 

Steady on Roy .... That sounds like yet another bit of interesting free information you're giving out. I suppose the Corvera Mowners will still say it's an advert though so you can't win. Keep up the good work and ignore the if I can't win nobody else will brigade.

hi,everyone,we were with Roy when he asked about the wires in the menta apartment as he was snagging both ours and our friends apartment,this was the first time we had met Roy and yes he does get things done for all of his clients on a day to day basis. as we witnessed first hand during the day May i also add if you have not been to site recently then be ready to be amazed at the view you get once passed the security gate, fantastic, the site looks great and there are lots of people about site either snagging or completing,the car park outside the office was full on Tuesday with owners like us.Cant wait to complete in December,
