We are still in the race in spite of our continuing injuries and have a game in hand which i believe is at home to bolton.
Beat Oporto and we are in the quarter finals of the champions league. Great chance.
With regards to your post, we are living the dream in Spain but still try to keep up with whatever is going on at SADM and also the housing situation. We noted the e.mail from QSD but quite frankly we ocassionally look in the windows of various real estate agents and from our limited experience here in Spain, we can see that propery prices generally speaking are at a stand still with thousands of properties still unsold and many, many just left half completed and like ghost areas. I agree with Dave that it will be at LEAST 3-5 years before the Spanish property market gets back on some sort of even keel.
The only people who can at the moment benefit in the Spanish property market are those that are BUYING but there are very few of them for various reasons. So selling assets that hdt or sj will need to do to raise cash is going to be a very difficult task for the very, very foreseeable future.
