(Rob runs Murcia Golfing breaks ( AND ) i thought he was called Robert, maybe he is just Rob to his friends. I might only have 20 post, so did you once when you had a life. Thanks for the  4 private emails mostly are from people who dont to post on here without being tthey are wrong.

No we are not an Old Boys Network just neighbours who have supported, adviced and encourage each other throughout the last 3/4 years and have watch a dirty muddy old field develop into  a community that we all enjoy and cherish.  Yes we are all well aware of the situation but we don't need reminded about it.  I am very  happy with my purchase,  you obviously are not but that doesn't give you the right to  spread your negativity to the rest of us , the original comments you made were irrelevant and irresponsible in these very uncertain times.  We as a community need to be upbeat and positive.  Yes you are entilted to your opinion as everyone is but on this forum we try to keep it lighthearted and on the whole POSITIVE.

Hamibabe, I agree burnt children probably do have more to moan about than me, and I am sure there are a lot of other people worse off than me. Basically I wasted some spare money I had, no big deal. However after having a bad week in Vegas, I dont crack out the champagne and start to party...

Willy, does hit upon a good point though. I too get private messages of support from EOS members who are also too scared to post on here for fear of being bullied by the "Half Full Brigade". I think you "Condado Worshipers" should accept peoples differing views. I dont think you are wrong to love Condado, so why do you think I am so wrong to not like the place? Cant you just accept differing views and attitudes?? Your bullying is keeping members from posting their views.

Surely we should all be pulling together as a community and not take the oppurtunity to carry on like bickering children. Yes we do all have differnet views and this is good makes the world go round, but need to pull togehter now and ensure WE ALL make a difference with the resort. For those who have strong views about likes and dislikes stand up and be counted at the next AGM. Good things come to those who wait, it was always going to be a 10 year dream not tomorrow . Clearing their debts may enable Polaris to complete what they started and who knows Olagolf may build the much needed clubhouse.

i reported the same report as willywonka (stripping of equipment at mar menor) at about the same time but since then we have all now been told why this was happening, the sports division of polaris is one of the casulties. but iam in team half full olagolf have been appointed by the bank i believe whom are interested in one thing a return of there funds so that make three seperate entities Murcia Council, polaris and the banks whom have a large interest in cda succeeding. 

Ola golf iam sure are not a cheap get out for a bank and there appointment shows me that they are in this to make it work ,iam sure there are plenty of cheaper course managment companies in this region which would and could have done a similar job on maintaining the course but olagolf are more than that as stated in the annoucement they give  a full portfolio of travel, communication, Maintenance ,Event Management, Design and Project Management. which i think is a major statment from the banks and polaris

Willwonker i am Rob, i am a full time resident on condado de alhama, I used to work in the clover bar. However i now run my own business arranging golf and family tours and rental packages for Golfers, families and couples. I am also registered green fee operator for Polaris World and therefore i am always being given the heads up on any changes by Polaris Management i.e Luke Murphy head of Uk and Ireland Golf sales.

So in retrospect i am 99% sure i now more facts than you. But lets not get childish over the matter. What you need to realise is like somone stated in an earlier post we are STILL in a WORLDWIDE RECESSION not just a polaris recession. People also seem to be forgetting that upon signing your contract with polaris that Condado De Alaham is a 10 Year Project. But some people want to run before they can walk.

Moving on Olagolf you have probably heard have taken over La Terrazas, Mar menor and Condado on behalf of the banks. Jose Maria Olazabal is the founder winner of the masters in 1994 and 1999. The tournament which was played the other day for Canal+  was setup by Olagolf not Poalris World getting Condado some much needed advertisement.

Moving onto the clubhouse im not too sure as i have not been given any information on this yet but i will take a guess that olagolf are not stupid and will realise the clubhouse is needed so hopefull they will start to build in the next couple of months.

I feel a lot of problems are derived from expectations. I was one of the early people to reserve at Condado, before their planning permission was denied, then granted again(I should have read the warning signs then!)

Back in summer 2005 when I reserved, I was advised that all would be completed by 2009 - Hotel, Oasis, Foro, Golf Courses etc (yes, maybe a bit naive of me, believing Polaris)

There was never a mention of a 10 year plan, and if there was, then I am now 5 years down the line, I would have expected more than 1 bar,1 restaurant and 1 supermarket.

Just to finish on a positive note (to keep the half full brigade off my back!), it could have been worse! I could have bought on La Loma or HRGR, those resorts make Condado look five star!

Rob, if you find anything in my post that im slagging cda or polaris world i will buy you a new set of golf clubs, ive not just fell out of the sky and landed in a polaris world. i also own a property on la torre. so im well upto speed on polaris and its resorts.The problem i find on this resort is people trying to brain wash you into there way of thinking Im stil owed some money from polaris ,(that i will never see again).And again ive never come on here slagging polaris off. The sooner people start letting other people write what they think on this forum without being called a doom&gloomer a troble maker  cup half empty the better.

Willwonker im not going to get into a baiting discussion with you. But i will say i never once said you were slagging polaris i was just stating what the truth actually is. But you seem to be wanting to pick a fight with anyone atm and your attitude is a little unpolite to say the least to others on this forum.

However i am a nuetral on this forum as i keep my opinions of people to myself and look at both sides of a story.
