Dear Mr Olagolf.

Dear Sir,

Please consider this heartfelt request on behalf of the owners on Condado de Alhama golf resort. We would very much like you to deliver to us the wonderful construction that was designed by Polaris World to complement our (potentially) fabulous golf course.(At this point I would have liked to paste the image of the club house design, but can't seem to - somebody may help me here). It is a grand Morrocan style tiered structure with fountains, waterfalls & arches in abundance, and surrounded in a tropical oasis of palm trees, shrubs and greenery. We know this is what we would have got if Polaris did not run into difficulties, because they said they would and created a nice artist's impression for the brochures.

Please keep the landscaping in line with Jardines 12 which is nice & lush with plenty of palm trees, foiliage, and mature olive trees, particularly resplendent when bathed in the glow of the super night-time uplighting. For goodness sake, do not use Jardine 8 (others as well, I know) as a model though, because those poor people down there seem to have been short changed a bit with spindly olive trees that are just about on their last legs, and no palm trees at all within the swimming pool area to cast a bit of welcome shade in the raging heat of mid-summer.

It would be very greatly appreciated if you could make this a fast-track project, and within no time at all we could all be sat out on the balcony taking in the wondeful views of the golf course and mountains beyond as the sun goes down enjoying a chilled glass of wine or an ice cold beer. Bliss . We are ready and willing to spend our money readily in the right place.

This pic looks a little more exotic than the pic conjured up when trying to imagine three ground floor penthouse apartments renovated into a pro shop and bar/cafe! However a few scatter cushions, the right lighting and few potted plants could make all the difference.!!

On the plus side it would be good to have the pro shop and somewhere to get a drink really handy for the course.

I cant imagine the residents situated in the penthouse block being particulary happy with a pro-shop and cafe being situated beneath them, surely it is best to save the money from such a unecesary project, leave the temp pro-shop by clover and promote the idea of the clubhouse being brought forward in construction.

The cost of building still remains fairly low in Spain, the land has already been procured, there is plenty of scope for a low level construction opposite where the clubhouse is destined to be located. This is an area in which pre Al Kasar was to host a shopping centre. Perhaps a better location for this project????
