Hi!
If anyone is going over or has info - how much is the Sofia 300 square plot up for sale now?
We bought in Oct 05 and not going over until March 28th.

I have the prices, as per my other post. A Sofia 300metre plot is 280,400 Euros.

Hi Pauline,
There are 2 prices on the list for a 4 bed Roda on a 500mtre plot, it must depend on which plot, anyway the prices are 415,700 and 409,700, and on a 513 metre plot is 414,200, so it will be thereabouts. The original price list from Peinsa didn't have tax added, so I assume this one won't either.
