does anyone know when LFO is going to issued ?

The  Marbella Mayor has announced the decision to legalise developments to help the local economy.

The Developers will have to pay a fee - but hey, so what? 

They do what they want, when they want - knowing that they will win in the end. 

They are wealthy, sit patiently in the knowledge that Victory will come - AND IT DOES

Its just the foreigners who suffer, how badly it's affected our lives, our finances etc over the last 7 years, is of NO importance to them ---  its only your MONEY that's important. 

It could Only happen in SPAIN and what's the UK Governement or the EU doing about it -NOTHING!

Well maybe that's  not quite correct - I do think they are having a chat occassionally

The Mayor has stated she will legalise the outstanding developments, with the exception of a few. 

The Developers will be delighted as they will now get the magical LFO!

Dont know when this will happen at Greenhills, but you can assume that the registered letters will then start arriving at your door demanding completion very soon afterwards.

The British pound was worth approximately 1.45 in summer of 2005 and it is considerable less now.

Do you still want anything to do with the place?  NO

Have you been to Court and lost?  YES

Life has moved on for everyone - I wish this was a nightmare and not a REALITY!

What's the latest situation with you - sorry this is somewhat late in the day? I am in the same situation as you except we won our case and the appeal. But the developers appealed again (don't ask me how, it's Spain...)
