SARC June Update/Vote

Margaret and i were not having a go at you but you said Amundena answered questions at the presentations about where the money went and bank gaurantees etc. As we said we couldn't attend the meeting that was arranged at the last minute in the north east.

So just to educate us could you please let us know what the answers to these questions were.

Hi Ian,

I am truly sorry that you were unable to attend the meetings and I fully understand you wanting an answer to your question.  Those who were at the meetings know that although I was present I would not answer questions on behalf of HdT. It is not my or SARC's place to "educate" any one but we are happy to try to get answers and informations for our members & those who ask for assistance.

Therefore, I am happy to take you specific questions to the meeting with HdT next week and to ask for a reply to be given to you.  I am aware from the last meeting with Almudena that several purchasers have been sending in emails asking the same as you and we requested that HdT provided the information to purcahsers.  It was explained at the meeting that the adminstrators looked into this & wrote it in their report, which was lodged with the court & the solicitors have a copy of. 

Would you like me to put your questions forward and get HdT to respond to you directly? I am happy to do this & only ask that in confidence you either send an email to the SARC email account or ping me a PM.
