Lets hope this does not turn out to be a very big mistake .Where HdT/SJ are concerned I don't think they have changed one bit in the way purchasers will be treated in the future .
Funny the latest media hype drummed up by SARC and HdT does not include the facts ie no BGs issued ,the obsticles put in the way of those with BGs who wanted to resolve their contracts and were forced by HdT go to court ,the appaulling treatment of those living in HdT property awaiting their own property , the underhand passing of money between different parts of the SJ group, the disgusting lack of communication for so many years,and the burning question of where the deposits money went to.
The crap deal being offered is at the same time being played down why should they get to keep 35% of the deposits and only pay over 5 years .Will those who want their deposit back have to go to court to resolve their contracts ,It is very easy to see this " wonderful " offer to purchasers as a solution but I am not convinced HdT have any chance or intention of following through .Time alone will tell !
