I have brought over from the uk a digital receiver called THE BOX i have seen quiet a few of these in the apartments on Condado,i have followed the installation procedure and can not get it to install any channels.do i need to change any of the settings in the box. Hope someone out their can help me.

Hi Paul,
The boxes you have seen are probably the ones that I have supplied and installed, the box comes configured for the UK market and so requires manual updating. I'll PM you.

I have one of these too and I have emailed you about it tonight. Any advice or setting details would be great, the kids are driving me mad with the same DVD over and over.

the memory sticks at the clover have the latest channel data file on but if the provider adds/removes/changes the channels then a new channel data file will be needed with the changes in.

If you look further back there is a great post with all the details on how to retune the channels. I think it is headed no tv. I think I read somewhere clover just asks for a 20 euro deposit for memory stick. Regards

Clover ask for 20 euro deposit. When you return usb stick you get 15 euro back. Well worth 5 bucks to re-tune TV with no hassle, as I did.
