Hi All

Our key holder has informed us that the lift to Escalera 45 has not been working for a week. He informed AEA a week ago of the problem, but the lift is still not working, so he has suggested that we apply some pressure to AEA by also reporting the problem. We've had guests in our apartment this last week and they are also unhappy that the lift is still not working.

We are going to report the lift problem to AEA. Could anyone else with an apartment in Escalera 45 also contact AEA to complain? Hopefully, it will then become a priority.

F.Y.I. The whole of Block 12 has also apparently been without water since yesterday! Our key holder also reported this to AEA's emergency number and he was told that the water should be back on this morning. It has come back on, but at a much reduced pressure, which means the showers aren't working. You might also want to report this problem to AEA!

Regards, Michelle

Hi

We are in Bloque 10 and had a lift problem when we were over in June.  I reported it to AEA on 3 occasions and had to email Melisa when we got home and she has promised to get the lift thoroughly overhauled as I was worried that the lift engineer was just pressing a reset button because the lift would work briefly and then break down again.  We also had a fluctuation in the water supply when we were out there and filled a few containers incase the water went off.

I should be attending a management meeting over the next week or so. I will bring these issues up and find out who in AEA should be notified to get speedy fixes to future problems, and the correct email address to use.

Thanks Jeff.

I look forward to seeing your post with AEA's up to date contact details.

We had an email from Melissa today saying that all the problems had been resolved, but if you could raise it at your management meeting it would be appreciated.  We would like to know what went wrong with the water as it was off for quite a while and Ann also mentions fluctuation in pressure when they were over in June.

Regards

Michelle
