 Just received an e-mail from Polaris customer service --No further repairs will be carried out on Condado until the Directors sanction them -- I have only been waiting 12 months!!  I feel an HOJA DE RECLAMACION coming on

Yes, we are not very happy - the apartment above us - the plumbing is leaking into our property (the ceiling is bowing, the electrics in our bathroom have blown) and our buildings insurance wont do anything - ML has building insurance and know about it but thus far are not doing anything either although I am chasing it up.

If it was a fault with our property - we would get it fixed and pay for it ouurselves regardless but it is'nt so it makes it doubly difficult.

I was told by mileniun that they were discussing this with the presidents due to the level of claims across the resort. Zurich, who I have my insurance with, have advised that mileniun are 100% responsible for helping to rectify problems if it is a building issue causing internal damage and have even gone so far as to advise me to use their legal department to force mileniun to take action. I have advised mileniun of this by email a couple of days ago however I have had no response and will use zurichs legal process if necessary. I understand that Polaris are the ultimate culprit but the chance of them doing the right thing is slim. Polaris will be well aware that if legal insurance processes are instigated then they will be forced to act. It would be good to know what talks the presidents and mileniun are having as it seems the process is clear cut. Use the insurance that we are actually paying for!!! Fortunately my problems are not as bad as others however i think if everyone affected takes the above course of action then mileniun will have to act quicker than they are now. It's been over a month since I originally notified them of the problem.
