Paramount delegation today visited the land where the park could be located weapons watched last night at the Intercontinental Hotel Golf Resort of La Torre, one of two five-star hotels built by Polaris World, located in the hamlet of Roland pachequera.

But Bartok cut short any attempt at conversation when he learned that a reporter had before. He turned away and left everything in the air to contact today.

The regional government president, Ramón Luis Valcárcel has confirmed that the delegation of representatives from Paramount Pictures found Thursday in the Community led by its executive vice president, Michael Bartok, visit the site of Alhama de Murcia in which deck installation of future multi-theme park, but has not ruled out other locations.

The Minister of Enterprise, Salvador Marin and Culture, Pedro Alberto Cruz, meeting with the executive vice president of the division of Paramount Licensing, Michael Bartok, and Jesus Samper, owner of Santa Monica Financial Services, announced this afternoon that within six months to be drafted the master plan and design the theme park Paramount, whose location is provided in Alhama.

Home sales growing at the 'resort' Condado de Alhama due to the pull of the future theme park
The chapter on the purchase of land for Paramount Pictures theme park may be closed this month. Villa Cashback is presented with the logo and the image of Polaris World, as "Golden Partner" and largest seller of homes in the promoter of Murcia. "We are proud of our long history of association with Polaris World," says Villa Cashback. Sources of Polaris World, no clutch, explained to 'The Truth' that real estate agent has nothing to do with them.
Region values
The president Ramon Luis Valcarcel said Michael Bartok showed him a draft "intellectually strong" when he received it weeks ago in the palace of San Esteban. According to Valcarcel, Paramount wants to incorporate the project elements that are genuine customs and traditions of the region of Murcia, as it does in other parks is under way regarding the peculiarities of the area will be installed.The master plan will be released in April.
The value of the land for the first phase ranges between 45 and 60 million euros. The call option will have a term of one year. The regional government will not make money, as has been repeated since the time when the project was announced. Michael Bartok might almost have said that from "and the winner is ..." the day confirmed that Alhama had won the race to host in the future municipal park Paramount multinational entertainment. And not just because of the enormous direct investment and the expected impact in terms of promotion and job creation.
The arrival of the park is assuming and the rebirth of a number of planning agreements signed in the growth years of the housing bubble, which were suspended after the arrival of the crisis. Specifically, ignoring Condado de Alhama II, whose land, now owned by the creditor banks of Polaris-five is planning agreements totaling 8,400 homes, which would, if all are built and occupied, almost double the current population municipality of 20,000 inhabitants.
To provide road infrastructure, both as health, educational, administrative and sports, these massive developments, the City Council drafted Alhama Infrastructure Plan with a budget of 85 million euros. The money has already started to swell this fund from the amounts advanced by the Conventions.
The rest would come from a fee that the City Council plans to charge, and that would be two euros per square meter of floor area. The regional government hopes to close the purchase option on land in the coming days Alhama

It looks as if the site for Paramount has now been chosen. In this mornings papers it is being reported that the site Sierra de Alhama golf resort has been chosen as the site for the Paramount theme park, although the official announcement is not expected until next week. This site is only 5 minutes up the RM23 from Condado, so close enough to have an effect, hopefully a positive one, on the property and rental market on Condado.
With the initial plans for Paramount expected to be available within the next few months, it will then be a waiting game to see if investors can be found, until then I will keep scanning the papers for any news.

I think this could be the best possible outcome actually, it's close enough for us to reap the rental benefits but far enough away as not to cause too much noise and traffic disruption.
Still not 100% convinced they'll get the investments though, but good news nevertheless.

When you say 5 minutes up the RM23 I'm assuming that is towards Alhama. Do you know which side of the road that land is? Same side as CDA or opposite side.
I'd say thats definitely close enough to have an effect on CDA (if it happens of course).

Try reading ptans post again .but its very simple to find. go out of condado and turn right, back along the rm23 to the roundabout, turn right towards cartegena and its immediately on your left.
Remember though its only 100kmh speed limit on the rm23 so it takes 5 1/2 mins not 5.

i'd agree and say if it comes off that is as good as any location - not right on our dev't but very near....the heavy handed politicians are obviously wanting to be very close to it, so no doubt a few twists and turns to come
