Hi all
I have just returned from a trip to Spain and at 25 degrees in Feb was a cracking trip.
I went to the appartments and have just uploaded a fair few picks of the orange groves out the back the development itself and pics of the show house.
What did confuse me (and it doesn't take much) was that I could not find the nice fountain and children's play area as photographed by someone on this site, back in October I think - have I not looked hard enough or has this been knocked down to make way fro the brias mar apartments.
In terms of completion Palmera told me in December I needed to get things ready for a Feb 07 completion - I have been back to Mari at Palmera to ask if this was still on target - she said maybe early March now - after seeing what I have seen I think we will be talking May/June.
The agent on site would not let me enter the aprtments - his excuse was Block 5 was too dangerous at the moment as a lot was going on in terms of building work and the completed Block's were very different from Block 5 so there would be no point in me looking in any of those.
All in all I thought the apartments looked nice from a distance but not in the best of area's - Formentera did seem a rather old dated town, not one you could have a nice stroll in of an evening - did not see any nice bars or restaurants at all - again may not have looked hard enough?
Does anyone know the expected completion of the other developments directly around Mar Y Sol? I don't think we would have a cat in hells chance of letting or selling the apartments whilst the other developmets were going on - I sure hope they are due to complete 2007.
By the way I used Zuuring's as Lawyers and they were superb - !% they charged and they picked me up from the hotel and drove me eveywhere I needed to be - even picked me up at 7am one morning to go and stand in line with me to get my NIE Number sorted - I have handed them power of attorney to buy and sell now - anyone need a lawyer I would recomend them wholeheartedly - feel free to contact me for details.
Phew - think thats it for now.
Thanks
Jason
