I don't usually like to comment on these type of posts and feel very for some people who just can't complete ,I don't blame piensa this is business and we are all just a number , why should they care it was never a charity , hindsight is a wonderful thing I probably wouldn't have completed if I thought I would get my money back , but that's just fantasy , I'm a businessman sometimes thing go for you sometimes they don't but you just get on with it and make the best of it . I really don't understand the ashamed thing , alot of the people who bought are working hard to make the thing work , you haven't really gave enough info , if you bought 3 yrs ago you would have spent 55k plus you would have a mortgage now as well are you saying the bank would now be repossesing you now , that would be even worse .give us a bit more info but don't make assumptions about the ones who have the houses and are genuinely loving San juan , hopefully you have your health which is worth more than money ( I have lost more than that over the years) pick yourself up and move on

 

firestorm it sounds a good name but stop whinging, god why should you feel ashamed for all of us who have settled. I am sure like Pam & I they all come from working class background, we all know we have paid more than we should but where the hell do you come from saying you are ashamed of us. it would be better to change your handle if thats what you call it to windbag, if you are not going to buy on CDP get another site. as for the rest of you trying to get your money back good luck but dont post replies telling us not to go on about how wonderful CDP is. We, like yourself bought offplan it went wrong but that is the gamble but unlike you whingers who are frightened to pay a little extra or have realised you have not got enough, we love it & i say again what a wonderful place to live.  We have just returned from CDP everything is about in place, your house is there waiting for you nothing has changed apart from the quality which is superb. Dont blame Piensa for everything it is a world crisis for god sake. anyway sick of this now bye bye  firefox enjoy life but dont tell other people how to enjoy theres eh !!!!
