who owns Jardine 5, Hotel and club house on Condado?

Any truth in the rumour Thompsons have bought Jardine 5 in its entirity in anticipation of the Paramount resort project commencing soon.

and what off the hotel and the clubhouse?

Nope, assuming you mean Naranjos 5, Polaris own them as they do the land for the clubhouse and hotel so don't expect them to be built for the next few years until Paramount is up and running and the expected 4.5M visitors are coming to the region.   Condado is already seeing the 'Paramount effect" in an upturn in sales, so we all live in hope.

With refence to the "Paramount Boom" intrresting article in the Independant yesterday  - here hoping that this sort of thing increases occupation rates and facilities on Condado as we even get a mention here !
