hi you all, just a quick note to enquire if anyone has actually been promised a date to complete. chris and i have signed contract stating 31 trim 2007 which we now have learned to be 31032007. what date have you been given? we are very excited as we only purchased with a cancellation in january ata very reasonable price and were wondering why everyone seemed to be so p******* with masa. thankfully we have not (yet) experienced any unfortunate incidents that we have been reading about yourselves and were very inquisitive to all the happenings. Can any shatter our illusions.

Trimesta is a time period, ie, a pregnancy is 4 trimesters, each one being 3 months.

When we had our ONLY correspondance from MASA re the delay we were told ours would be delayed until 3rd trimester 2006, using their language we are now at the end of 1st trimester 2007 and still no indication as to the completion of my villa.

Yes each trimester is a quarter of the year 3rd being July/Aug/Sept - our Albatross was due 3rd trimester 2004 - so who knows when? I never did hold my breath as my brother had bought on Camposol and that was 21/2 yrs behind schedule and they moved in with dirt roads and electricity from a generator BUTTTT - it's fab now - swimming pool, garden, shops etc - yes you have to wait but my brother and his wife & other friends who have bought there are now very content - and they have made a good circle of friends and seem to be very happy. Sickening!
