In response to your queries regarding an update of the Corvera Golf development, I have spoken to the developer and can confirm that the completion dates for the Development are as below:-
Phase 1 - Summer 2008
Phase 2 - December 2008
Please find attached photographs of the development.
I have also been advised that they have received the pre building license, which allows them to start the ground works such as, clearing the ground and laying the underground electricity and piping. They have informed me that this has been started.
They have also sent off the paper work to the Town Hall of Corvera for the building license and are now awaiting on the paper work coming back. The developer will then be in a position to commence the structural works as soon as the final licences are in place.
