Security Key Card

Afternoon,

I havent managed to get out to CDA in a while and Im sure I read somewhere all owners now need to get a security card for the gates?

Do I take it they can be picked up from the office at Al Kasar? Also with not having said card on my next visit do you need to have any proof you are an owner to get through security?

One last thing, where do we collect the key to the post boxes?

Any help appreciated.

 You should be allowed access to site on showing your passport and giving details of your property, you pick up your swipe card from Millenium's office in Alkazar, once again on production of your passport and property details, I would imagine they would also hold any unclaimed letter box key's

 If you are the owner and your community fees are up to date you can collect your security swipe card and post box keys from Mileniun Levante in the Al Kasar on your next visit.

If you enter without the card you should be asked for your Apartment number and Passport at the gate.

yes and banged up in of the empty units in Alcatraz - sorry Al Kazar - (at least that's what I'd do with them !)

If owners are more than 3 months behind with community charges, then may be the owners and/or renters should be refused entry in addition to their name being on list at ML offices and on their web site.

Just a thought.

The list of debtors was published in the minutes of the last AGM minutes which are on the community website ( www.cdagr.eu )

If you know the owners of any of these apartments then feel free to ask them if they have paid yet?  and if not then when they will be paying?  Personnaly I agree Daniels that a list should be put up, perhaps on the new notice boards opposite then supermarket, any debtor deserves shaming.
